How I Make Peanut Butter Cookies

Enough people at work wittered on about how they wanted to know how I make these things, so here’s the page for it.  I’m not even sure it qualifies as a recipe though, given it uses ready-made mix.  At one point I used to make the batter from scratch, but no one could apparently tell the difference so I don’t bother anymore.  Anyhow, here’s the directions:

1) Betty Crocker Peanut Butter Cookie Mix (or any mix/recipe of peanut butter cookies.  Apparently it doesn’t matter to the simpletons’ tastes around here!)

2) One bag of mini Reeses Peanut Butter Cups

3) One pan for mini-muffins (at least 24 big)

-Mix the peanut butter dough up and fill the mini muffin hole sections of the pan 80%-per-hole.

-Push a mini peanut butter cup into the middle of each muffin hole so the dough pushes up the rest of the way, covering the edges of the peanut butter cup.

-bake as per the peanut butter dough recipe dictates.

That should just about do it. What comes out are a bunch of delicious little peanut butter cookie muffins with a sweet chocolate/peanut butter centre. Enjoy!
